Honors Program requirements for designation on the certificate/transcripts:
To enter, the student must qualify under one of the four criteria below. All Honors classes will 
be designated on transcripts regardless of total number of honors units taken. Additionally, to 
have Honors Program completion (15 unit certification) designated on a certificate/transcripts,
the student must complet 15 units of Honors work at City College of San Francisco and finish
with a minimum 3.0 overall GPA. Honors units for individual classes will be designated even if 
less than 15 honors units are completed.

*Please note that the title of this form has been changed from an application to sign-up form. The
reason for the title change is that all students who qualify for the program automatically get in once
they submit this form. The word 'application' did not fit the situation since the program never
rejects qualified candidates. this means that assuming you qualify you do not have to wait to hear
from us before starting honors work. This should save time and get students started on their
projects sooner.
