The Health Care Technology Department is part of the School of Health and Physical Education of City College of San Francisco.
Programs within this Department may provide certification, licensure, and/or AA/AS degree upon successful completion of individual program requirements. |

| This diverse Department provides specialized training for both pre-hospital and in-hospital professions, basic skills for home care providers and classes in alternate modalities of treatment. Individual programs hold accreditation status from local and national accrediting agencies and this information is provided with each program. |
Mission Statement The Health Care Technology Department provides didactic and clinical skills training to meet the needs of the health care community, to prepare students to successfully meet the requirements for
local, State and National certification and registry examinations, to provide the opportunity for realistic career ladder advancement and to encourage participation in positive community goals. |
