originally from Vienna, Austria, has lived in the US since 1988,
and has been teaching on the college level for 15 years.
Regina's academic background includes undergraduate degrees in
business with a focus on foreign languages, as well as a fine art
degree with a focus on studio art. She obtained her Master degree
of Graphic Design from the North Carolina State University School
of Design. Currently, Regina is completing her Ph.D. at the California
Institute of Integral Studies. She is developing Visual Language
Systems for the Multicultural Context.
Regina's teaching repertoire includes language instruction, fine
art and design, graphic design, and intercultural communication
to undergraduate and graduate students, as well as curriculum development
for various schools. Her professional experiences includes a successful
business ownership of a design studio on the east coast, working
as creative director in the film industry in Los Angeles, and exhibition
design for prominent art museums. Her skills and talents have also
been applied to numerous installation and performance art pieces
with audience participation. Regina's talents are most colorfully
applied in collaborations and the production of large scale, multi-layered
public art projects within the genre of social activism.
In addition to teaching, Regina consults and trains corporate clients,
non-profit organizations and educational institutions for successful
cross-cultural interaction. She also works as a graphic facilitator:

Regina teaches all levels of graphic design, online and face-to-face.
Her classes are characterized by interactivity and alternative learning
methods.
