I am a second generation San Franciscan, born and raised in the Mission district. My father was an avid New York Giants fan. I came into the world a week after they won the World Series. Destined to be a San Francisco Giants fan, I am still waiting for them to win a World Series.

• 1971 – dropped out of St. Paul’s
   High and went to work for BofA
• 1976 – gave birth to a son, Noah
• 1981 – returned to the work force
• 1991 – returned to school
• 1995 – graduated from CCSF
• 1997 – graduated from SF State

I worked at the CCSF Child Development Center from 1993
until 2005. I transferred to the Mission Campus Graphic Communications Department in 2006 where I expect to stay
until retirement.
