City College of San Francisco LGBT Studies Department faculty insure that classes are intellectually rigorous, while also being accessible to all students. Currently, there are five core faculty in the LGBT Studies Department. However, due to the large number of cross-listed courses with departments like Anthropology, History, Disabled Students and Program Services, College Success, Women's Studies, and Health, the overall number of LGBT Studies faculty is much larger, and all CCSF staff are committed to diversity and life-long learning for all. Several department faculty are published authors and numerous department faculty members hold Ph.D's.
