Instructions for
Instructors No student
should be added to your class unless he/she has
shown eligibility for your class.

Eligibility
can be a form from the Eligibility Coordinator or other official CCSF
forms,
including transcripts, report cards, test results, waiver forms. ·
Please
do not accept transcripts or grade cards or test results from other
colleges. If
a student has taken a course at a California CC or university, send
them to the
Matriculation Office (Conlan Hall 204). All out-of-state students need
to see
the Eligibility Coordinator. When in doubt, send students, along with
their
non-CCSF documents, to the English Eligibility Coordinator (Batmale
514). ·
Do not
keep eligibility documents. Students need their documents for other
classes and
