Eligibility Instructions for Instructors

No student should be added to your class unless he/she has shown eligibility for your class.

·         Eligibility can be a form from the Eligibility Coordinator or other official CCSF forms, including transcripts, report cards, test results, waiver forms.

·         Please do not accept transcripts or grade cards or test results from other colleges. If a student has taken a course at a California CC or university, send them to the Matriculation Office (Conlan Hall 204). All out-of-state students need to see the Eligibility Coordinator. When in doubt, send students, along with their non-CCSF documents, to the English Eligibility Coordinator (Batmale 514).

·         Do not keep eligibility documents. Students need their documents for other classes and programs.
