EATV Channels 27 & 75 are operated as part of the Broadcast Media Services facility at City College of San Francisco. This facility is managed by CCSF's Broadcast Electronic Media Arts Department, under the direction of the Dean of the School of Liberal Arts.

EATV is programmed in the public interest by City College of San Francisco and the San Francisco Unified School District.

Our primary goal is to extend learning opportinities by cablecasting diverse and quality educational television for all San Francisco communities.
