Salsa

 

Ingredients:

   4 Each    Tomatoes       Diced 1/4"
   1/4 Cup    Onions    Chopped Fine
   1 Clove    Garlic    Minced
   1 Whole    Jalapeno Peppers    Chopped Fine
   1 Tbsp    Cilantro    Chopped Coarse
   Taste    Cumin    Start W/ 1 Tsp
   Taste    Salt/Black Pepper    Taste
   Taste    Lime Juice    Taste

 

Method: 

  • Combine First Five Ingredients And Mix Together.
  • Season To Taste With The Cumin, Salt, And Pepper. Adjust Spiciness Of The Salsa By Adding More Or Less Jalapeno Peppers.
  • Let Sit For At Least 2-3 Hours Before Serving.
