Coleslaw Salad
Ingredients:
| 1 head |
Green Cabbage, shredded |
| 1/4 head |
Red Cabbage, shredded |
| 1/2 |
Large Yellow Onion |
| 1/2 |
Large Red Pepper, julienne |
| 1/2 |
Large Green Pepper, julienne |
| 1 |
Large Carrot, julienne |
| Appr. 1 Pint |
Mayonnaise (Use enough to bind ingredients) |
| 2-3 Tbsp. |
Honey |
| |
Salt to taste |
| |
White Pepper to taste |
Method:
- Combine All Ingredients Except Mayonnaise, Honey, Salt and Pepper.
- Add Enough Mayonnaise Just to Lightly Coat All Ingredients. Mixture Should Not Be Too Moist.
- Adjust Season with Honey, Salt and White Pepper.
