Gustafson enrolled in the CAHS program in 2001. She followed both the
Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management tracks, and graduated in 2003.
Wine Lounge and Deli, the restaurant she opened with her

Tracy Smith enrolled in the program in 2002, after several years
in the world of real estate and finance in Southern California. Now she

Rashan came to San Francisco from his native Nepal in 2000. In Nepal
he was a tour operator, specializing in trekking tours in the Himalayas.
In 2001, he entered City College. Now he owns an interest in the the
Linda was an electronic engineer who decided on a career change and went
to culinary school. After graduating from the CAHM program, Linda took
a chance with two friends and took over a pizzeria when when the previous
owner relocated. After revamping the menu and decor, the new Gumbo's Pizzeria
