Arthur is an adjunct (part-time) faculty member. He teaches video production and digital media courses. He also works full-time in the exciting world of television news as a staff editor and video producer at KPIX-Channel 5, the CBS owned and operated television station in San Francisco. 

Arthur earned his B.A. from U.C. Santa Barbara in 1991.  After taking BEMA courses at City College, he went on to earn his M.A. in Journalism from the University of Nevada in 1999. 

He has worked as a web designer, web producer, associate producer in television, video editor and photographer as well as an I.T. technician.  He has also assisted in the production of documentary films.
