Instructor Digital Media Skills
For
the past three years Donna has been a full time multimedia developer and
course writer for Apple Computer. She writes courses on Apple software
and makes QuickTime movies demonstrating all the hidden features.
Eyestone
started a multimedia program at Contra Costa College in San Pablo, CA and
taught courses in digital imaging, video production, HTML and web applications,
and various multimedia authoring tools. Prior to this, she was the MIDI
instructor at the College of San Mateo. She has also taught Basic Audio
Production at City College of San Francisco in the past.
Donna
holds a Master of Fine Arts from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in electronic
arts. She received another Master of Fine Arts from the Mills College Center
for Contemporary Music with an emphasis in electronic music composition
and recording technology. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Clark
University where she self-designed a major in computer music.
In
her spare time, Donna is busy fixing up a 120-year-old Victorian house.
She has recently completed a multi-camera angle DVD production of the Alvin
Lucier composition "The Queen of the South".
