Dana J. Labrecque has  over 20 years of experience in both live sound and recording engineering.  She also works in location sound and post-production sound for independent filmmakers as well as teaches Basic Audio Production at City College of San Francisco and Introduction to Audio at Art Institute of California - San Francisco.

Her sound company, DCJ Productions, served the live sound/PA  rental market in the Bay Area for 8 years in the 1990's which  largely worked for the non-profit sector and continues today providing sound consultation and location sound services.

As recording engineer, she has produced and engineered for artists in all genres from Rock to Jazz to Latin to Funk music.  
She co-owns a recording studio business in San Francisco in the Potrero Hill neighborhood.
