Introduction to and integration of word processing, graphic presentation, and Internet using Microsoft Office Professional software applications for electronic marketing. Experience in creating a word processed sales letter, a document to market services, a multiple-page sales report, and a newsletter; an electronic slide presentation targeting potential customers; an Internet survey; and Web pages, including a marketing product report, marketing plan, and salesperson's profile.
