ACCESS TO PUBLIC RECORDS AND INFORMATION

City College of San Francisco maintains a web site (www.ccsf.edu) that provides the public with a tremendous amount of information regarding the structure and operation of the college. If you are interested in the activities of the Board of Trustees (e.g. where and when meetings are held or personal biographies of board members) this information may be accessed at through this web site. In addition, board agendas are available to the public through this web site under the Department of Finance and Administration. In order to keep the public informed, all Board of Trustee meetings are televised on Educational Cable Channel 27 which is maintained by the District.

These documents are found under the Office of Shared Governance and provide a detailed overview of institutional activities that have occurred and are planned for the future. the Operational Budget for the College is found under the Office of the Vice Chancellor of Finance and Administration.

District procurement procedures are found on this web site under the Purchasing Department.
