Lost and Found

The Campus Police Station is the official location for lost and found property.  Should you lose, or find an item, contact the Campus Police immediately located in the Downtown lobby. They can assist you in finding your property or take found property for safe keeping until the rightful owner is located. Most property can be retrieved during campus operating hours.

Crime Prevention

Crime Prevention is student and employee awareness of their environment. It is the willingness to look out for one another and to report suspicious activities immediately to the Campus Police. Students and employees must be aware of their surroundings and develop a perception of what seems out of place, or out of the ordinary. Do not take chances, what may appear harmless could be serious. Fortunately, the right attitude, actions and awareness can help protect you and your belongings. Crime Prevention Tips

  • Do not leave personal belongings unattended even for a minute, in a class room or any other area
  • Use the buddy system or get an escort when walking to and from the parking lots
  • Always keep your keys in your hand
  • Do not carry large amounts of money with you
  • Report suspicious activities and incidents to the Downtown Campus Police located in the lobby.
  • Lock your car and never leave valuables visible to the public
  • Common sense is your best protection

Sexual Harassment [Brochure]

The San Francisco Community College District policy prohibits all forms of sexual harassment, in accordance with the law. The policy applies to students, classified staff, faculty, and administrators, and third parties (such as vendors).

Advisors are available to assit students in identifying sexual harassment and taking action against it. Your privacy will be respected.

Smoking & Drug Use

The Downtown Campus is a Smoke Free Zone. Smoking is not allowed in the building or stairwells.
