The Educated Palate Restaurant showcases the food preparation and service skills mastered by students in the Culinary & Service Skills Training Program. The restaurant is completely student operated and managed under the guidance of Dining Room Instructors Chris Johnson and Barbara Haimes, and Chef Instructors Maureen Kellond, Betsy Riehle, and Greg Eng.
